Data and purposes

We process information you provide when contacting us and, where necessary, order, billing and delivery information. We use it to answer enquiries, process purchases, arrange delivery, resolve issues and fulfil legal duties.

Legal bases and recipients

Our legal bases are performance of a contract, applicable legal obligations and, where relevant, your consent. Payments are processed by PayPal under its own privacy terms. Delivery providers and professional advisers may receive only the data they need. We do not store full payment card details.

Retention and rights

We keep information for as long as necessary for each purpose and for periods required by tax, commercial and consumer law. You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing us, and withdraw consent where relevant. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

International transfers

PayPal and other providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own policies and lawful transfer arrangements. Review the relevant provider’s information before paying.
